Exhibits Plus has more than 15 years of experience creating and designing courtroom
exhibits. We start by meeting with attorneys to decide the purpose
of the exhibit and then design exhibits that reflect the parameters of the attorneys and clients.
It is easier for juries to understand the facts when they are provided with an exhibit that accurately
represents an incident or problem. 3-D scaled models are especially effective. Your exhibit is light and durable, so
you can present it to the jury while pointing at the problem location with one hand while holding the exhibit with the other.
Our exhibits have helped many attorneys receive jury decisions in their favor. Several exhibits
have helped to persuade the opposing counsel to settle before the jury has a chance to deliberate.
Below are some shot of a model created in May 2006 in the Exhibits Plus model studio. Also shown
is the "accident gate" which triggered the lawsuit. We turned it into a court exhibit to be wheeled into the courtroom
for the jury to view.
